Indian Dinner: Taj Mahal Cocktail



If you want to make a Indian dinner for your guests i would  suggest this delicious cocktail, the Taj Mahal.

Ingridients for 6 people:


2un.    Fresh mango Puré
6oz     Fresh lime juice
5oz     Home Made Saffron Syrup
4oz     Bombay Gin

Put all the ingredients in a jug with ice and mix with a bar spoon.



Mango puré: Peel and cut in quarters the mango and process in the blender with lemon and sugar to taste

Saffron syrup: 10 oz of water, 300 gr.  of sugar, 2 gr, saffron pistill
                 Boil all the ingredients together and let rest for at least 6 hours
