Italian Dinner: Mediterraneo Cocktail



A beautifull drink that goes along with any kind of Italian apetizers like Bruschetta or "Fiore di Zucca".
Is very easy to make and the products are quite comuns.

Mediterraneo
Ingridientes for 6 people

500gr                     Fresh strawberry puré
15 leafs                  Basil
6oz                        Freshly sqeezed lime juice
12 tea spoons        Honey
3oz                        Simple syrup
7oz                        Gin 
Gently bruise the lime, honey and lime in a jug with a big spoon, add ice and the other ingridients and mix well. Place some craked ice in the glaces and por over the drink. Garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf.


How to make strawberry puré: 
Place the strawberries in the blender, add sugar syrup and lime to taste, mix it for 1 minute.

Summer Concoctions: Minty Watermelon

A nice and refreshing summer drink with made with fresh watermelon with or without alcool:

1             Watermelon
6oz          Fresh lime juice
50gr         Fresh mint
5oz          Sugar syrup
1-1\4oz    Rum

Cut the head of the watermelon, with a big spoon remove the pulp and put it in the blender with 5oz of  lime and  4oz of sugar.
Put the mint, the remain syrup and lime in the empty watermelon, gently muddle and add the watermelon juice, the rum and some ice. Stir and serve in small cups with ice.

Indian Dinner: Taj Mahal Cocktail



If you want to make a Indian dinner for your guests i would  suggest this delicious cocktail, the Taj Mahal.

Ingridients for 6 people:


2un.    Fresh mango Puré
6oz     Fresh lime juice
5oz     Home Made Saffron Syrup
4oz     Bombay Gin

Put all the ingredients in a jug with ice and mix with a bar spoon.



Mango puré: Peel and cut in quarters the mango and process in the blender with lemon and sugar to taste

Saffron syrup: 10 oz of water, 300 gr.  of sugar, 2 gr, saffron pistill
                 Boil all the ingredients together and let rest for at least 6 hours
